Breakers Session 3

Today's focus was all about Nutrition. We talked about the 5 food groups and what foods we can eat to have a balanced diet. It was a great chance to reflect on what is in our lunchbox today ;)  

It was a timely discussion as we are learning how important it is to feed our minds and our body during the day. Often we can feel tired and jaded after lunch in class and that's primarily because we are lacking the energy we need to learn. It is so important to re-fuel during the day by eating the right foods.

Then it was out to the courts for the practical side of our lesson. Check out these photos of us having a fantastic skills session!
